Getting to know Jessica

As Co-Founder of Rootwell Consulting Group, Jessica returned to her roots to serve independent orthodontic practices with clarity, integrity, and true fiduciary alignment, free from corporate constraints, and fully focused on what is best for the practice.

Her background includes leadership roles at Gaidge 360 Consulting and Gaidge, as well as TC Faculty experience at Align Technologies, where she partnered with teams nationwide to develop customized strategies for sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Jessica’s approach develops high-performing teams, strengthens accountability, and aligns every role, from the first phone call to the final retention visit, around a shared purpose: improving practice performance while honoring the long-term health of the organization and its patients.
